Artist's Description

This was taken from the Washington Hotel, looking towards the Akihabara JR Station in Tokyo. On the other side of the building to the left is the crazy, light filled electronics district. Behind the part of the station that flows over the road is the Yodobashi Camera building, a 10 story tall building that has everything from cameras to TVs to books to restaurants and is about 10 times the size of the largest Best Buy I've ever been in. Even in that busy area, I thought it was kind of cool to find a spot where there wasn't as much flash and light, but had more of a normal city feeling to it.

About Brad Brizek

Brad Brizek

Welcome! I'm originally from the southeast corner of Pennsylvania (just above Amish country), but I've traveled a good bit of the planet. I currently reside in Tucson, Arizona. I've been taking photos since 2006 and have been refining my style ever since. I have a particular passion for landscape, architectural, and transportation themes, although I've been known to do abstracts from time to time. If you like what you see, please come back regularly as I upload new shots all the time. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll find something that interests you!
