Description

This was shot at Lake Towada in northern Japan during a sunset that was hidden behind clouds. I wrestled with whether or not to make this a black and white, but the subtle oranges and blues won me over. Lake Towada is a caldera in the middle of the Hakkoda mountain range and is the source of the water that flows through the Oirase Gorge.
