Description
Shot just after sunset of the Mogollon Rim in Arizona. This was taken east of Payson, AZ from a very precarious position on the edge of the rim. I managed to find one tiny, 5 foot by 5 foot outcropping of rock with a 1000 foot drop on three sides and no guardrail. The Mogollon Rim cuts through most of Arizona and is very dramatic. Most visitors to the state go to the more impressive Grand Canyon, but if you have the time, I highly recommend a trip to the rim.
