Thanks Shelli. It's hard to tell from this perspective but the horizon is level. Its just the area behind the pier comes in towards the ferriswheel at an angle. To the left of the wheel is only water and therefore you can't see the horizon in the dark.

Not everybody dislikes a tilted horizon... I think sometimes it makes a piece more interesting. But then I am another artist not a buyer... I found this image in the discussion forums. It is a great night shot! Good clarity. I am new to this site too and trying to learn what works also and I wish you the best Brian! you have beautiful images and I think once you get more uploads and self promote you will do well.
