This is a hot chocolate drink in Valldemossa, Spain. And it was good. Seriously. The bread in the background was made with potato flour (or some version of a potato product, I can't remember exactly what the tour guide mentioned).
For the longest time, I couldn't figure out why this drink was so rich and thick. Think normal hot chocolate condensed into a melted ice cream texture and heated up. And then one day, I figured out what the restaurant had done. Chocolate melted in heavy cream. Delicious.
